can't eat?

Hey guys..my name is Kelsie. I'm 18 and about 5-6 weeks pregnant with my first child and I'm so nauseous all day that I can't eat anything. What can I do to make sure I get enough nutrients to keep myself and my baby healthy during the pregnancy?

Lots of water, and your prenatals! (Even if you have to take them at night!)

Although I haven't takwn the zofran alot of people do but I try not to take anything that isn't a prenatal. Good luck feel better soon ♡

Try snacking through out the whole day and stay hydrated. Usually the first trimester is the worst just hang in there :)

Keep taking your prenatal vitamin. If they make you sick, switch to a multivitamin. You can even take children's vitamins. Make sure you are drinking water, and when you do eat make sure it is something full of nutrients. Fruit and vegetables are your body's best source of food.
