cold and Fever at 100 degree 6 F

hi

yesterday i had a bad cold and my temperature was at 100 degree 6 F today my cold is ok and temperature is normal,
i started my 14th week now, please tel me if this will affect my pregnancy or am ok and wil not have any issues concerned to it

i been told that having a high temperture (after 103) is not good fo the baby , if i were u i would call my dr to ask them , what u can take to bring it down ,and also it is a good idea to use ice bag to cool ur self. i got a cold about 2 days ago also and i know its really ***** to having a cold during a pragnancy , oh also try to drink alot of water  best of luck :)
