cold feet
My feet constantly get ice cold and my legs feel like they get sharp shocks when i walk and my feet are cold. Is this normal im 31 weeks pregnanant and my baby doesnt move as much any more now that i my legs n feet get ice cold.
Okay thank you so much i was getting worried . Ill also try relaxing more n putting my feet up . Its hard sometimes because i have 5 yr old who is always mom mom lol
Its because ur getting closer to ur due date and he or she has less space to move around in
Just means u arent getting enough blood flow through ur legs. Try relaxing and propping your feet up more often.
