I'm sure everything is fine. I have all the damn pregnancy symptoms include migraines after I started my second trimester is give anything to not have them but I understand being worried. There's a life growing inside you and you want to believe you can protect it especially when it's inside you so if you are really worried go to the er and get them to check

Just because you are pregnant doesn't mean you have to have symptoms. I don't have any now and I'm just over 11 weeks. The only one symptom I had was feeling sick anytime I ate. But now everything is fine. Symptoms come and go and it's all normal.  Some women don't get symptoms at all. My friend was about 4 months pregnant when she found out. Another was 7 months. Everyone is different.  You should count yourself lucky that your symptoms have gone. :):) Don't worry lol. Can't understand why women get so worried of they don't get symptoms.  Like you should be happy lol. Just because there's a book that says you will have that and that and that when you are pregnant.  Doesn't mean you will. It's rare for anyone to have a text book pregnancy.  Your symptoms should go by the time you are 11-12 weeks anyway :)
