ive done about 6 urine test n 1 blood test they all said negative but yet still i have symptoms of pregnancy my breasts has changed, my weight gone up,i cant eat chicken again r i wanna throw up,i got mood swings,im tired most of the time,very sleepy, my abdomen growing n i feel movements in my tummy even my husband felt it so i wanna know why wont it show in my test that im pregnant

I see u have a pic of u from before. do u have any recent pics with the stomach? u said the line was darkening on ur stomach..and I know the line is more prominent on Black women..

you are being overly critical.. it's not true what u are stating.. just read what the 2 others after u posted. EVERYONE is different. and there are exceptions to all rules..

but u made a good point.. she stated that since her HPT tests are negative they won't see her or give her a U/S. she should go into the ER and complain of cramping and say that she is 5 months along to get some answers.

Concern420 sorry u are going through all of this and I hope everything goes well with your health. It could also be fibroid or a tumor.. hopefully it is none of those.

I know from my sister telling me and showing me, she took 8 pregnant test and 3 blood test and they showed neg till her 8 month but the docs knew she was pregnant. So get them to do a ultrasound on you to find out for sure. Like i said it is very possible you could be pregnant. It sounds like to me you are. Keep me posted!

Well I for one was almost 4months pregnant for my daughter by the time a blood test showed a positive...now for the pregnancy's for both of my boys I found out the same day I was suppose to get my period on hpt...So no NOT ONE person on here and sit and say they know for sure...If you truly feel that you are, I would go up to the ER and tell them that you have had bleeding and that you are 5months along, and they will do an ultra sound...But keep in mind like some other women have said, you can trick yourself into thinking that you are pregnant...You just have to keep an open mind to everything everyone is saying on here...and just remember they are not doctors they can only simply give an opinion just as I am...I just know from personal experience that I wouldn't trust a blood test just for the simple fact I was 4 months before mine showed a positive then my doctor ended up feeling like a JackA** for not listening to me...So good luck in whatever you choose to do...Just remember to keep an open mind and really look at all the possible reasons out there...

Ok and you need to be educated. If you got a blood test (and if it was recent) and it came up negative than you ARE NOT PREGNANT. HCG (the pregnancy hormone) is what shows a baby is developing and MUST be present in order to be pregnant. It does not hide and is easily found in the blood stream. Blood tests are so accurate that not only do they say yes or no to pregnancy, they can tell you the exact number it is. Anything above 5 is considered pregnant and within a month of pregnancy your levels should already be in the thousands. ANYONE who has said that they didnt show positive on a test either took the test way to early and never retested or are crazy. It is something that just doesn't happen and it kinda a far reaching assumption to think that you out of everyone are so different that blood tests wouldn't be accurate. If you are feeling any movement then it is gas. If you don't believe that then go to the hospital right now and tell them that you are pregnant and was bleeding earlier. Tell them you are 5 months along and they will give you a mandatory ultrasound where they will either confirm your pregnancy or tell you that there is nothing there.

Make sure to make a doctor's appointment to check again. And definitely ask for a blood test and ultrasound. At 19 weeks, your HCG levels would have to be pretty high, so it should have shown up on your last blood test. Sometimes when a woman badly wants to become pregnant, her body can create false symptoms that a woman can believe are real. Our minds are very powerful and many symptoms can easily be mistaken when they mean something else.

In regards to the TV show, many of those women are very overweight, as to why they don't 'show'  for their belly in not knowing they are pregnant. Weight problems also lead to a lot of other health problems in gastrointestinal issues, which could feel similar to a moving baby. A lot of those most likely took the home pregnancy test incorrectly as well, but they don't talk about that on the show. I find it extremely hard to believe that any woman could go 9 months without knowing something is up.

some people really don't know their bodies.. and then on top of that they are getting negative HPT tests and some are in fact denial.. get a blood test done and/or ultrasound..

I personally don't believe any of those shows myself. You have to be in strong denial or extremely unknowing of your body if you don't know your are pregnant for 9 months. Regardless of how true these may be, if you have negative blood and urine tests pregnancy is highly doubtful. If they refuse the ultrasound, have a beta blood draw done and find out your hCG level.

i watched it TODAY at 10 and 10:30 am and one of the women had taken a HPT at 3 months and didn't get a positive AND she was on birth control.. another one went to the dr.. i am not saying it's common.. I say only way is to be sure to do a ultrasound...

And a majority of the women on those shows don't do HPT tests or if they do come up negative they hardly ever go to the doctor for a blood test.  In fact, I've seen every one of those shows and can't recall a single woman going to get a blood test.

It could easily be from digestive/gas problems. I know I've confused the two personally. From your post you seem like you're hoping to be pregnant, and that alone can cause you to feel what you are. It's highly rare to ever show a false negative on a blood test. Ultrasound would show without doubt if you're pregnant or not.

That is extremely rare.  I can't even tell you how rare that is so I'm telling you you are not pg.  Mostly because that means you would be 5 months along.  Tests would definitely come up positive by now.  You need to see your doctor and find out why you haven't gotten your period since December.

With 6 negative urine tests and a negative blood test that means you're not pg.  Symptoms are unreliable and don't always mean you're pg.  They mean there's something else going on, most likely your period is coming but may just be a little late.
