confused about how far along i am

I am so confused about how far along i am. right now im 13 weeks 3 days so idk if im still 3 months or 4 months. also i cant go by my lmp because my baby is a week ahead of schedule instead of 12 weeks my baby measured 12 weeks 5 days.

if you are 13 weeks then you are in your third month. 12 weeks marks the beginning of the third, 16 weeks marks the beginning of the fourth, 20 weeks marks the beginning of the 5th, etc.. so that by 36 weeks you are at the beginning of the 9th and by 40 weeks (your due date) you are done with the 9th month and ready to deliver.
