I went to store and tried prunes and milk of magnesia waited three hours still nothing. had to strain myself instead. thanks ladies
My ob told me miralx it helped some but I also drank a bottle or apple juice and had some taco bell and I opened up the next day :)
Colace stool softener works for me you can take up to 300 mg that's what my high risk on told me to do..
2kiwifruit with the skin on (I know!! Lol), lots of prunes and a cup of coffee usually does it for me within the day. Good luck!
Lots of fibre - brown bread, rice and pasta, fruit and vegetables, walking or other gentle exercise, as the movement of your legs stimulates your bowels into action. When you are trying to go - don't strain too hard or you risk decveloping haemmorhoids - but rock your pelvis back and forth gently to help your bowels push out :) - that's what we encouraged our patients to do in the hospital x
