Ok so is it normal to feel contractions after having sex it's been scaring me enough tonother have sex at all I'm only 26w2d

Yesss my stomach tightens && it hurts but it goes away after a few minutes for me

It's just painful I was single when pregnant with my first so I never went thru it before.

Yeah It's Normal . Unless They're More Painful && Close Together Then You Shouldn't Worry .

I read some where that orgasms can make the uterus spasm or something causing it to feel like contractions. Something along the lines of that, but I'd check with your doctor to be safe, everyone's different. I know sex can also help with starting labor.

Super normal. I use to get contractions after having sex all the time it was so painful. But sex is very healthy jn pregnancy. Semen also softens the cervix so that when Labour comes contraction will be less painful.
