contractions or Braxton hicks?

Real contractions don't stop when you take a shower do they? I took a hot shower and they still going they lightened up but still there I never had contractions with my first son are they real or fake there about every 15-10 minutes

I have as well as Castrol oil and inserted a epo

I'm 8 day's overdue and they ate mot.close enough to.call the midwife. Sadly I am 5cm dilated just waiting on them to.get closer and stronger
