contractions?

My lower stomach has been cramping pretty bad on and off for about 5 days now. When I get one of the bad cramps my stomach gets really hard. No back pain in particular but the cramping makes my back ache or my whole lower half of my ache.   It's been about 5 days since this started but nothing consistent enough to time. Im 3 centimeters and 5 days over due. Supposed to be induced any time between tomorrow and Saturday. So im kind of Just going with the flow here. Lost most of my mucus plug also. What's going on son?

I'm guessing some people have different types of contractions other than back ones. Because I called this morning and she said yes its them but idk im just worried that they're not.

I was told that contractions start at the top of your belly but I talked to my boss and she said hers felt more twards the bottom before she had her kids

Call the doctor and  they will have you try a couple things to see what's going on before they have you come in ,
