court today

So I went to court today, and wanted to let the ladies that were concerned know what happened.

So As of last week I pled not guilty to both charges, False Report and Domestic Violence.   So I had to go back today to meet with the DA, and get a plea bargain.

So I met with her, and she offered to Dismiss the Domestic Violence if I pled guilty to the False Report, So I took that offer.  

Then went in front of the judge for my sentancing.   He sentanced me to 2 days in jail, with 2 days credited for when i got the warrents. so no extra jail time.  and i got a 560 dollar fine.  360 dollars were credited to that, from my bond money when i went to jail, so I payed a total of 200 dollars today and now I'M free and its all over with!!! :)

Sorry i did not comment before just been busy and in pain. Yeah i had my wisdom teeth pulled, no fun. I just want to say im so happy you dont have to do any time and everything worked out. I wish you and your family the best!
