cramping and spoting at ten weeks

They told me that the bleeding stoped and babys heart beat is 170. Should I worry about miscarage. I have two kids already.

I miscarried at 13 weeks , anything is possible . I'd just take it slow and tell you ob that your spotting .. I started spotting ans they sais everything was fine 4 days later I gave birth in my bathroom , water breaking , contractions and all .. I hope everything is okay with you and you little babe !

Some people have bleeding during pregnacy that has nothing to do with m/c. Long as baby has heart beat and cervix is closed I'm sure all is good :)
