cramps ???

So I am 12 weeks as of yesterday . And I went to my doctor yesterday and she did a pap test and full body exam yesterday . And said I may have some spotting or extra cramping then what I have been having ... I have had spotting off and on in my pregnancy since I found out . But the baby is healthy and there's nothing wrong . I'm just concerned because of the cramping . They are so severe and woke me up out of a dead sleep in tears ... I called my doctor and she said that it was normal ... But I'm worried about it ???

I'm 25 weeks now. A few weeks before u found out I was pregnant, I had cramping. I assumed my period would arrive in the next few days. It didn't. I went to planned parenthood to get a depo shot. They did a pregnancy test and it came back positive. When I told them I was keeping the baby they had a doctor take a look at me. I asked her if the cramping was normal. She said yes it was. They are growing pains from my uterus being stretched for the very first time. I left the office and went home. However, a few weeks later I was in the hospital after having early signs of a miscarriage. I had been bleeding a lot and the cramping was a lot worse. They put me on pelvic rest for the remainder of my pregnancy. After that, the cramping has only been when I get stressed or if my son is growing very quickly. They cramping I was told at this point are Braxton hicks contractions, wich are normal and are your uterus practicing for labor.  However, If your ever worried about anything with your pregnancy, don't hesitate to speak with your doctor.

It could be the movement of all your insides. If it continues definitely get back to your dr. Your uterus is pushing everything around in there so that could be it. It's very good that baby is healthy and she didn't see anything wrong when you did go. So think positive mom and good luck
