I am 24 weeks now, but around six weeks I didn't even know I was pregnant because I felt like my period was about to start any day (with all the cramping I felt.)

Our little humans grow grow grow and our bodies sometimes stretch and pull and cramp to accommodate.
Even now sometimes will feel cramps. I would worry and go to the Docs or call an on-call nurse all the time. And it has always just been from baby. Nobody ever told me that even pregnancy could bring pain. Its hard work throughout but SO WORTH IT!!
Again always talk to your OBGYN if you feel anything wrong and they will put your mind at ease, just look out for blood. that can pose a real concern.
Hope this helps :D

The cramps could be your uterus growing and the back pain is your hips adjusting themselves to make room for your baby. When I found out I was pregnant I was having the same issues. If you are really worried about it, ask your doctor. I took tylenol to ease the pain and a heating pad for my back
