curious& scared

Hi ladies, this is an embarrassing question but I need to ask someone! Okay so I've noticed I have a small lump near the opening of my vagina a few weeks ago I had another one but it went away. I've been tested for any stds including herpes and everything came back negative, so what could this be? Is it something that's common during pregnancy?  I'm just really curious and scared to what it might be and if it might affect my baby, I am 33 weeks pregnant. .

Well in order to be tested for either case of herpes you have to personally ask your doc. Like I said on a previous post, they do not automatically test you for herpes. A special blood test can tell you if you have type one or two. My baby's father caught it at some point and I was terrified I had it. Luckily I didn't.

Lol well don't worry. I'm sure it is not anything like herpes. I have a skin tag down there and it is such a pain in the ***. Weird things happen to our bodies!

It just scares me because I've heard there's cases where the test won't detect herpes unless you're having an outbreak! Maybe I'm thinking too much lol I need to go to sleep... thanks ladies :)

It could be a pimple, an ingrown hair, a bump from shaving, a skin tag....I wouldn't worry if your tests came back all fine.
