cyst on ovary and fluid in uterus

I'm about 4-5 wks preg. and during my ultrasound my doctor found a cyst on my ovary and fluid in my uterus, which she said was probably a ruptured cyst? I don't know what to think. should I worry what does this mean?

Praise God..the cyst looked so scary but I wasn't too worry about it so...thank you...it makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one...

I have several cysts as of now.  Mine were caused from fertility meds I had to take last month.  My Dr. says the cysts usually go away eventually during a pregnancy.  Very rarely do they need to do surgery to remove the cyst.  If your Dr. didn't seem too concerned, I wouldn't worry.  I think it's more common than we think.
