damn ....
So my man and I just had sex and I went to the bathroom to "freshen up" before I go to sleep and when I stood up after drying off my feet and legs after my shower I got a sharp cramp type pain in the left side of my belly where my baby girl usually lays... I'm 34+6 and this has never happened before. She is still moving around and everything but the pain is almost unbearable. It shoots almost right across my belly from my left side to my right.

Any one know what this could be from? Or has hadthis happen before?

Sounds like you pulled a ligament. I pull them all the time. It should go away after you rest a little.

Okay, cause even today I can't get in and out of bed without it hurting... Bummer. Hope it heals itself soon.
