Nothing until you have gotten a test done. Maybe it will come soon, or maybe you are pregger. we have no way of knowing unless you test and if you are 4-days late it would show some hormone signs, go tst if you can hun

Could mean your period is a little late or you could be pregnant. The only thing you can do is take a test.
