delayed periods

on 8th of this month me and my boyfriend fooled around and he fingered in me. i'm sure he hasn't touched his penis. i was supose to have my periods on 11th but still nothing, i'm delayed by a week. these days i'm really stressed due to studies also.
what can be the reason for delay

okk I got my period around the 5th or 6th of march and a week later on the 16 I had unprotected sex, now im freaking out because it is april 1st and I am pretty sure Im supposed to have my period already but nothing has came! why is that? im not pregnant am I?

stress may have delayed your ovulation (and as a result, your periods), if however, you didnt ovulate around 8th and your bf did leave any of his stuff in you.

Stress wont delay your periods.this is a misconception. stress will however delay your ovulation.which in turn makes our periods late.we all have a lutheal phase,this is time from ovulation until we are due on.its nearly always the same,give or take.
  Take a test to put your mind at ease.
