Go to the websites and hit contact us. Iv had legitimate complaints but say like.. the tabs are ripping off or your kids buttcheek keeps coming out n the diapers are the right size. That's what iv done and got for the tabs 2 free large boxes of diapers plus 2 4 dollar off coupons for any kimberly Clark product from huggies i also got a 25 dollar.visa card from huggies for the butt thing

Email huggies or other brands w a "complaint" and they usually send gooood coupons or visa cards.
