It'll be like I "forgot"to inhale... I then have to take a giant breath of air.. But it still feels like I don't get enough oxygen. Then I start to panic, which makes me feel worse. Like i'm drowning... Takes a few minutes for me to feel anywhere close to normal.. It's been happening allot more frequently.
I am 32 Weeks.. Ftm..
It's normal because baby Is gettin' bigger and your organs and lungs are squished. I'm 36+1 and I feel the same way and I'll also catch out of breathe very, very quickly. Juss walkin' upstairs to my apartment Is a pain and I feel like I juss got done running a mile nonstop.
