do your nipples hurt before you start lactating?

My bf and I just had sex and he bit and touched my nipples and it hurt soo bad! My nipples never hurt. Is this I sign I might start lactating? I'm almost 33 weeks.
And now my lower stomach and back hurt :/ I don't think I like sex anymore.

I agree with the sensitive part. Mine are still sensitive especially when to scratch them oh man they hurt bad! But when milk comes out they never hurt more then usual. Try a warm rag on them. And get some nipple cream :)

I been lactating since 20 weeks and they never hurt when the stuff came out. Still don't and I'm 34 weeks. They just hurt because they are growing and its just part of pregnancy. They also get very itchy fro
The milk drying up on them. But never hurt. Talk to your doctor and see what doctor thinks. Hope you feel better :(
