does anyone know how to explain back labor????

Ever since last night ive had a huge increase in back pressure/sharp pains not cramps. Ive also had tons of needle like sharp pains in my vagina. Im laying on my left side and the pressure comes and goes constantly. my son's movements have slowed down today but hes still moving around...what is going on?

Your tummy should be hurting to like painful period pain really low. Maybe braxton hicks? And the pain in the vagina maybe the baby moving his her head and shoulders.

I had a posterior baby with all my contractions in my back it feels like cramps in your back. If its just pressure it doesn't sound like labor just baby moving into position.

Sounds like back labour. If you're worried go see your doc or go to the hospital.  Good luck

Im just having tons of bad pressure it comes fir about 15seconds and goes away for a little while then.comes back. I had a charlie horse type pain in my vaginal area last night but I was switching positions and it was only once. Ive already started dialating.

To me it felt sort of like a Charlie horse in ur back. That or stabbing in ur back.
