Speak to your doctor, there are safe meds to take. I had morning sickness for 25 weeks.it S*cks but that's what sometimes comes with pregnancy.

I've read to avoid fish with mercury (I'm not sure on what type of fish that is, to be honest...I don't eat much fish at all) and McDonald's is okay in moderation. I wouldn't eat alot of it. And always make sure your meat is completely cooked, but you should do that whether you're pregnant or not. Greasy foods are probably more likely to make your stomach queasy, but as long as the greasy foods aren't the reason for your sickness, I think it's fine in moderation.

My mom ate a Taco Salad from Taco Bell every night when she was pregnant with me, and I turned out fine.

Lemon heads would be fantastic.

I wouldn't eat alot of spicy or hot foods, that usually sets off the sickness. Sick with what you're comfortable eating. Your stomach will rarely steer you wrong. Anything that has a smell that you don't like, don't eat it. Avoid anything that's texture makes you feel queasy. I had a big problem with pasta, just the feel of it in my mouth made me sick.

Try ginger capsules, or ginger ale. If smells make you sick, squeeze some lemon juice onto a bandana or something of the sort, and just put it over your nose. Before you get out of bed each morning, eat something like dry cereal or saltines, and just chill for about 15 min before you start your routine, and continue to snack on those. Or you can lick a lemon slice, I found that helped for me. Also, if you're getting sick during the day, too, take lemon drops or some type of sucker to suck on; that really helped me during the day while I was at work.

There are different things that work for different people. But I know those ideas have worked for most women, so give them a shot and let me know how it works out for you!

Good luck and stay strong!!

Your doctor's office could give you some things to try and they may be able to get you some meds as well, I just waited too long and then mine stopped on it's own, I lost over 20 lbs with my morning sickness... Good Luck
