I wonder how much is enough , i really dont drink water like crazy only if i feel thirsty , and orange juice cuz i crave it ... Im 28+1 and dont go to pee like crazy and at nigh i never need to go .. Am i not drinking enough ? Or the crazy pee is still to begin ?
I'm only 11w4d but I've noticed my water intake is a lot higher than pre pregnancy. I pee so much my mom said I should just move into the bathroom. But frequent urination is going to come. Just wait and see lol.
I believe that this is a self choice thing..but u r supposed to be drinking 12 to 14 cups of water a day it does help bc I have been to the ER for dehydration a couple of times :(( I just bought a venti sized cup that is a travel tumbler from starbucks and that helps me keep track of how much water I drink it does help since im not much of a water person also
