dry skin/dermatitis in labia area

So I've been having some itching for about a week, can't get into my Dr. For another week and I've noticed it seems like my labia has dried out and its causing discomfort, really don't want to go to the ER for this since its not an emergency, but urgent care here doesnt see people for stuff like this. I do have some split skin and I'm worried about infection. I'm waiting to start a new job on Monday but I'm broke right now. I have neosporin but not sure if its safe to use on that area. Has anyone dealt with anything like this? I've had yeast infections before and this seems different. I want to get some vagisil but once again I'm completely broke. Any suggestions will help!

Tried calling ob Friday they wouldn't let me even talk to anyone I had to make an appointment. I'm on state funded insurance so they only allow me to go at certain times itsucks

Yea, deff no lotion and definitely nothing scented. A tiny bit of Neosporin on the labia will be ok. Creme kind if you have it would be better than the thicker kind. Just can't be used internally. Could be a yeast infection. I would try calling your ob office Monday and see about speaking to nurse line they may be able to get you in sooner. Not good to let it go.

Don't have any :/ I just have neosporin and my sister has some lotion made specially to treat excema. We have other lotions too but they are all scented and most likely unsafe to use there
