It is fine as long as you don't drink too much. No more than two cups is recommended. I'm a black tea drinker too and in my first trimester, so I drink it every now and then, when I can manage (thank you nausea!). I agree with the Decaf but it just doesn't taste the same, or I think it's a subconscious thing, because I know it's different lol
Sure. Don't go overboard because of the caffeine, but tea is OK during pregnancy. Start to like the herbals or the decaf tea. There is a really good decaf Earl Grey that Twining's makes.
