eating canned tuna while pregnant

Is it safe eating canned tuna just so while pregnant?? i am craving it jusso out of the can! please respond!!! i need to know now because my mouth is drulling

I ate two tuna Sandy's my first trim my and thru up so much after. Never Want tuna again. I think the baby will make u throw up watevers he/she don't want.

I was told its fine to eat chunk light tuna and it's actually a really good source of protein and dha

You are allowed canned tuna . Also as long as foods are made correctly and prepared correctly it is ok . When I was pregnant I ate tuna & doctor confirmed it was perfectly fine . Moderation

Yes but in moderation .. like once a week and I believe not more than a can (?) because of the mercury .. google it to be sure
