No, you shouldn't. that is a lot of caffeine and sugar all at once and it isnt good for baby. You are allowed 200-300 mg per day and generally they are not asking you to drink that much in a five minute time span. Fatigue is really difficult in the first trimester and many of us have had to grit and get through it. Go to bed earlier, lighten your work out routine, eat healthy, and rest when you can. sometimes getting up and taking a walk can get your blood flowing and wake you up, all much better alternatives then energy drinks. And if you are absolutely dragging, have a small cup of coffee or soda. Good Luck, and the fatigue will get better, by the second trimester you wont drag nearly as much.

No, not really. they have way too much caffeine. You need to limit your daily caffeine intake to less than 300mg per day...and some energy drinks have more than that per can.

If one can has less than 300mg, and you only drink one a day, I suppose you could continue..but that's a LOT of caffeine to take in at once.

So I would personally say no...but talk to your doctor about it.
