epidural farting??? lmao

when I had my second baby I got an epidural..... Best thing in the world until after you have the baby bc it numbs you from the waste down. And idk why I guess from pushing so hard I had gas and didn't know. Haha my brother was sitting next to me holding the baby and I kept hearing him fart. Then I realized it was me I just couldn't try to hold it or anything b I was numb. Most embarrassing thing ever. My mom and husband were all acting like they couldn't hear it bc I was embarassed but every now n then they would laugh. Has this ever happened to anybody?? I'm so nervous about it happening this go round as well

My thing is if you poop while having your baby then you poop... i promise Noone will remember that after baby. Plus if that's what it takes to get baby here then so be it! Good luck mommas

Lmao this happened when i had my daughter. I didnt even realize i was farting until my boyfriend that i NEVER fart around starting laughing lol. I was so embarrassed but i just couldnt stop it cause i didnt feel it .

Don't be embarrassed I'm worried about pooping in labor too but I figure if everything goes well one day my guy is going to deal with a lot more than poop as we grow old together- as they say $hit happens ;)

I do have back pain every now and then since my epidural. Like when I walk to much or bend over too much but its not bad and not often. But now I'm pregnant with number 3 and my back pain is very extreme I'm guessing bc of the epidural I had before but I'm still getting one this time bc labor pain is no joke

With me I did not expirence back pain right after the epidural but you do get back pains in the long run after getting one there not to bad as people say they are but right now being pregnant with my 3rd child and having the epidural with my last kids its very pain full but I'm pretty share you will be fine :) every mom and pregnacey are different and if so happend you do have pain after words you can ask for pain medication ;)

Same here now that I would be embaressed about lol I remember I needing to go with my 1st son idk how the heck I did it but I made share I held it in untell I was one pushing but who knows this time lol every pregnaceys different

That's my biggest fear it pooping having my baby and my husband see it :/ lol

Lol that's funny but no need to be embaressed .. I kinda had the same thing but doctor said its normal lol at least farting is better then pooping on them

Haha you shouldn't be embarrassed its  actually quite funny. Ive never heard of it before but thinking about it, it does make sense since youre numb.
