Do them while you are pregnant too. It will keep you from peeing on yourself later in pregnancy and can help prepare your body for delivery. I'm doing them right now! haha
You can look it up online and it will show you how to do it but as far as do they work I'm not sure because I have not had a natural birth yet.
Its an exercise you can do anytime you are sitting down where you just tighten and relax the muscles in your girl parts. You might get a better answer though if you google it to see how they explain it. But you will know you are doing it right like if you are on the toilet and you can stop the flow of pee then you are doing it right. But it is supposed to help especially after you give birth to keep the muscles down there stronger since everything will be stretched out.
