exercise
What is the best exercise for a prego? I've been walking and doing prenatal yoga once a week. I only walk when i feel good. Was wondering if there was anything else i should try like a stationary bike.

I swam a lot during the second and third trimesters of my first pregnancy and have been doing a lot of stationary bike exercise recently this time around.  I have found both great - I've just switched to the bike since I can ride at home, which is easier to fit in than going to a pool with one kid at home already. I think the bike will get harder as my tummy grows more though. I've heard great things about yoga!
