Thanks for the advice Ive been very lazy with this pregnancy because its sooo cold outside to walk... i hope its not too late to start the exercising now
Actually, getting down on the floor several times a day and getting yourself up (whatever way works for you, if you have to get on your hands and knees and push yourself up using your hands, that's fine). Stretching is really good, and as you say, walking is GREAT.
I can't tell you how many women I've seen in labor who have become so atrified that when a nurse says okay, let's roll over to the other side they can't do it without someone pushing them there.
Try as hard as you can to stay fit, limber and graceful and your labor and recovery will go much smoother!

When I take a bath, I have to roll around to my front and pull on everything possible to get myself up! Its horrible lol
