They say that it's safest to jog only if you've been jogging throughout your entire pregnancy. I've been told that if you haven't already been regularly jogging you shouldn't start mid pregnancy. Walking is best (even power walking) but if you really want to and feel like you can I would bring it up to the doctor before doing it. I was active too but at 22weeks I look like I'm 8-9 months pregnant and I don't think I can :/
