faint line on pregnancy testm

I took a pregnancy test and thought I was crazy because I could see a line in the posative window but it was so faint I didn't know. I've had this before and I was pregnant. I had a friend look and she seen it too. But we aren't sure. Anyone have any help? Please

i have done a pregnancy test 5 days ago now and it was positive,i have done another today but it is getting lighter.i just dont know what to think anymore.i have let the doctor know but she says wait til next week and see what the test says then if it is still positive then she is sending me for a scan.i am really worried and cant wait that long.what should i do?x

Thanks to all of you. I was on the Depo it was due April 22 and I missed it. So I have no period and I wasn't sure. I'm going to re test in the A.M and I'm getting an appt made as soon as they open Mon morning.

I had a line so faint that I had to go into a different room and look under a bright light to make sure I wasn't seeing things. So I tested again two days later and it was still faint but definately visible. I'll be 20 weeks pregnant in just a couple of days! Congrats!

I would retest in tomorrow morning with first morning urine like Ashelen said, and if its still really faint wait a couple days or get a blood test like tryingfor6years says

If you have any line show in the test window, you should consider getting a blood test. That will tellyou for sure

a faint positive is still a positive. if you want to test again tomorrow with the first urine of the morning and see if you get a clearer result, otherwise I would go ahead and schedule an appointment with your doctor to confirm because even a faint positive means pregnancy. How close to your period being due are you?
