I have that too. I had it in my first pregnancy too. It's so horrible! I literally fainted in the supermarket! And you are right.  Doctors all say it is normal. I think it is low blood pressure. Which is good in pregnancy but not a good feeling.

I was fainting and feeling lightheaded for a few weeks when my blood pressure was really low. My ob said try moving around because the baby is sitting on an artery in your abdomen and the blood settles in your legs. When it happens I feel so awful, but the doctor says it's normal so I guess I'm not too worried.

Did you  check your hemoglobin level? Sometimes you might be an Anemic. Palpitation and the feeling of fainting is common amongst the people who are Anemic. At the same time if you are not an Anemic, pregnancy too might  cause palpitation.

This is normal. Your body is producing a lot more blood for you and the baby, so your heart has to pump harder.
