false pregnancy

Can someone who has seed for the first time and wants a kid make their body believe they are pregnant?  My friend has had 10+ neg. home tests and 4 neg. blood tests. Her due date if she had been pregnant would have been over a month ago. She says she feels the baby move and gets kicked. Can her mind play a trick this real to her? She isn't pregnant but hasnt had a regular period since the first time she did the deed. She can't afford to go to the dr. And she feels like they wouldnt try to get the diagnosis right anyways bc she doesn't have insurance. Help please.

Her mind is playing tricks on her, if her period was due a month ago there is absolutely no way she can feel the baby. Especially with all the negative tests, she's not pregnant

She can go to the emergency room , shell get a bill though they would give her an ultrasound . Or go to a free clinic if she doesn't have insurance and doesn't want a bill . Her due date would of bee. A month ago ?? I'm going to go out on a limb and say she is making herself believe she is pregnant blood work negative as well as tests I'm going to say its in her head .  Yes you can make your body believe something . She hasn't had a period though for nine months maybe she should look into a doctor so they can evaluate her situation see if her periods are abnormal and maybe see if anything will help with that . If she was able to have blood work done I'm pretty sure she can look into going to the doctor . Has she talked to her parents ? Goodluck
