feeling dizzy normal?

I will b doin somthing and all the sudden get really dizzy like and really hot almost like hot flash..really wierd I gotta sit down cuz I feel like im gunna pass out..is this normal?? Im five months..

Oh I know exactly what u mean! Just happen to me yesterday and caused me to throw up :( I was soo dizzy, hot flashes, the works! Not fun but my Doc said everything was fine with me. so I would jus make sure u stay hydrated and eating. :) feel better soon

Good to know im not the only one!! Im gunna have to eat chocolate see if it hels me.. :) and yesss it is very freaky how it comes out of no where.i will b fine and then all the suddem its like ohh shitt gotta take a sit down..lol thanx ladys :)

Yeah i'm 18wks2d & i've been dizzy, lightheaded, out of breath too when i'm not even moving.. it's unpredictable because i sat up quickly and actually saw little black spots.. when i mentioned it to the dr. she said it's your body trying to adjust to all of the extra blood volume.. still scary when a dizzy spell comes out of nowhere like that..

I am dizzy consistently and have been since I before I was pregnant my ob has ran every test possibly and nothing has came back unnormal so she said it should be fine. If you are worried I would ask your doctor and make sure you eat lots, get rest and drink fluids and sometimes what I found help was if I was really dizzy I would eat candy or chocolate and it would help it subside some.
