fetal movement??

im about 21 weeks pregnant with my first pregnancy and i feel what i think is fetal movement... light quick little flutters in my lower stomache.  but i only feel them really low in my stomache right against what i think is the top of my bladder nd im worried that my baby is upside down (breach or whatever) like i said this is my first pregnancy so im not sure what to expect or if this is normal so i am worried...   i dnt go for my next ulta sound for a week or so which correct me if im wrong but wud show me if it was right side up or not...

i agree with griggsy and chantal.... it think it is the baby moving around... with my first my daughter was breech until about a week or two before her due date (so 38 wks) at 21 wks i really wouldnt worry about it too much.  i am almost 27wks and my lil girl is constantly kicking and punching at bladder and hipbones, and kidneys....lol so she moves real low at times. it could be that your peanut is laying crossways instead of up and down which is normal too.

and YES the ultrasound WILL tell you what position baby is laying in, just ask the tech that is doing it if they can inform you of his/her position.  are you gonna find out gender?
good luck

I agree with Griggsy. I am pretty sure what you are feeling is this baby and at this point the baby is still pretty small and still low in the uterus. With my first, my midwife wanted to see the baby head down by 35 weeks. I think my son turned and stayed head down by 33 weeks or so. But yea, at this point they can manuever everywhere and be in all different positions, nothing to worry about. =) Congrats on feeling those flutters!! It's amazing! =)

It probably is the baby that you're feeling, but don't worry about the position of the baby just yet. They are still small enough to twist and turn in every which direction so their not going to stay in one position for long. My little was head up until 32 weeks then she turned. I wouldn't worry until 33-35 weeks of pregnancy if the baby is head down.
