They say to go to the e.r. in the beginning of pregnancy because a high fever can harm the embryo. But I think your OK its a low grade temp. Butbetter to be safe than ssorry so if you feel like you need to go then go hun hope you feel better :)

My mother is a surgeon and she told me if your temp exceeds 101.5 while pregnant to go to the e.r. when I ran that by my doc he said yes that was excellent advice.

No you are running a low grade fever. Take some tylenol and get plenty of fluids. Are you vomiting or in pain? Or any vaginal bleeding? If so then deff go in but if not then wait to call your doc in the morning unless your fever goes above 102 or 103 or you start getting contraction like cramping or vomit more than twice in an hour or start bleeding vaginaly.
