first appointment

So with my son I only had 1 ultrasound and with this pregnancy my first appointment is on august 13 and they are going to do an intervaginal ultrasound so I guess my question is what am I supposed to expect with it?

I've had it done. They give you a shaft and tell you to insert it for them and then they just move it around to see baby. Its not entirely uncomfortable at times. Its not pleasent but if it hurts you just need to tell them that its painful or to much presure. I've noticed it really depends on the tech tho. Some are better then other.

Yes they did that to me when i was 12 weeks it was very uncomfertable good luck
