first trimester

Are pinches on the side of abdomen normal? & what to eat when all I eat in the morning comes out?

I had acid reflux/heartburn my first two pregnancies but not this time, this time its a lot more nausea and vomiting, but I do crave for apple juice, thanks for the tips! I'll be sure to take a few!

Wow. Mine must be more acid reflux based :/
I had gall stones a few years back ..maybe that has something to do with it.
Defs no citrus if u have heartburn.
That burns even more.

Citrus is the secret cure to morning sickness. I'm 19+3, and whenever I feel like throwing up, I just sick on a lemonhead. Usually sour/acidic things help.

I found that if i eat a banana or non citrus fruit in the middle of the night wen i get up to pee (tmi sorry haha)  that my morning sickness isnt so bad.and just sip apple juice in the morning . Even half half the juice with water.

Yes they are normal. It sound like round ligament pain. They are the ligament that support your growing uterus and can cause pain. Take it easy when it hits. Call dr if your still worried about it or if the pain is too much or bleeding starts. And for the morning sickness try crackers and spride. They have these preggie pops at babys r us and they work wonders. Hope it helps
