Is it true that if you don't exercise or walk while pregnant your baby can get stuck inside of you which will make you get a c-section???!!

My mom and everyone tells me the sames thing to walk a lot and to tell yoy the truth ive always walked since the begining of my pregnancy but now that im bigger I just dont want to and my doctor keeps saying I havenr dialated I think im just gonna walk more and more everyday ...

Regardless being in some type of shape even just walking will help you prepair

All of my friends I mean ALL had a c section and didn't do any kind of exercise I walked everyday starting at 20 weeks and I had a natural birth I really think it was because they did nothing but lay around

I slept a lot yeah but for the past two weeks I haven't been able to sleep at night I sleep during the day likes it's night time and then at night I'm wide awake it's horrible

No, your amount of physical activity won't make a baby "stuck", but exercise during pregnancy can significantly make labor and birth quicker and easier.

I think they mean that it will be harder for you to be able to push the baby out since ypu havent really worked out your muscles...but yea exercise makes labor go by faster, as i've heard by many women....

My mom tells me that all the time and my mother in law -.- idk if ts true or not Spanish people be gumping sometimes I hope it's not tho I'm due next Saturday Lmaoo I don't want a csection lol
