I made steak for dinner two nights ago. Medium rare but only right around the center. but i was fine that night. Then i ate the leftovers yesterday around 4pm. Around 5-6pm i started feeling really weird. Shortness of breath, nausea, and just all around strange. Then around 8 i started throwing up everything in my stomach. I couldn't hold down water. I couldn't even keep down tums to relieve the burning in my throat and chest. After, i started experiencing contractions. i finally fell asleep around midnight. But since I've woken up, I'm dealing with serious abdominal pain. is this because of all the heaving and contractions? She's been moving and there's been no bleeding or weird discharge. Just muscle pain. Should i call my doctor? I have an ultrasound Monday. Ooh and I'm 36+4 weeks

Yeah just try and take it easy. Easier said than done I know! Because that soreness will probably stick around for a couple days. And I know my kids were contrary little Indians cuz every time I would be hurting they would always find the most uncomfortable way to lay. I'm only 18 weeks and this little one isn't kicking per se but it's giving me a good jab here and there and it still hurts cuz I'm so sore

Exactly! I feel like i had a crazy workout and forgot to stretch after. The contractions last night hurt, but i think they hurt bedstraw of the heaving mixed in. Too much stress on my muscles.

I feel you there. I had a round of preterm labor and am on bed rest (couch rest) and I was heaving so much and the contractions left me feeling like I did a billion Russian twist crunches

Oops, didn't mean to post that twice. I feel fine now aside from the cramping. I feel like it's a mix between the heaving, contractions, and possibly round ligament pain? My muscles just hurt so bad

She also keeps turning herself sideways like in the beginning of the pregnancy which kills my sides because she's too big to be that position.

Yeah she is probably not happy about the steak lol. I would go get checked just to be sure.

Yeah its quite possiblethat the heaving is causing contractions and all the pain. I would ho get checked and just make sure that all that isn't stressing out the little one
