This is a hard question as its just a trial and error game for me at this point... if i can stand to eat it i will, if i want to eat it i definitely take that as a positive! but everyday if different and i have no guarantees that anything specific will work... same goes for drinks too... some days its water, sometimes juice, sometimes milk... lately ive been lovin apples... but mostly bland food are best... if you have foods that you dont have to prepare then thats can help as well

Toasted cheese worked for me. Mostly you just have to keep trying to eat and not let yourself get hungry. That'll make it worse. I'm at 15 weeks with twins and still getting nauseous! Its supposed to go away soon is what I keep getting told :-/ I feel for ya! Good luck
