Eat lots of fruit healthy for u n will help with constipation drink lots of water n don't over do it with greasy restaurant foods
Orange juice is good. You can still have coffee. I drink a 16 ounce coffee a couple times a week. My diet hasn't changed since I got pregnant, except for cutting back on caffeine and obviously no alcohol.
