It's possible you could be further along but you are likely showing from bloating.  At 7 weeks your uterus is still tucked under your pelvic bone.  You also are probably feeling gas bubbles.  Once you have your first ultrasound you will get your answer.

It's almost impossible to feel a baby moving at 7 weeks as they are way too small.  I have had 6 full term pregnancies and the earliest I have felt anything was 10 weeks and that was only if I was really still and pressing on my belly.

For future reference, it would be better to make your own post.  Most people will see the date of this one is several years ago and will not even bother to read it!  You are likely to get more answers if you create a new one! :)

I am pregnant with my 4th and 7 weeks. I started feeling the baby move 3 days ago. I have never felt any of my babys so soon. I'm wondering if I am further along then the doctor thinks since I haven't had a ultrasound yet. I swear I feel my babys movements and I know what all the different feelings feel like. I last had my period on April 3rd. What's going on is this normal because its my 4th baby??
