I have THE WORST gas pains in my stomach! What can i do to get some relief?

Eating those fiber one brownies always help me go to the bathroom and let some gas out as well, give it a try .

usually going to the bathroom would help me with the gas pains. I would eat something that I know would take me to the restroom and immediately feel better.

Yes gas-x works and try not to eat the food that gave you gas for now good luck

Maybe gas x? Haven't had that issue yet thankfully.
