gestational diabetes diet.

Since being on the gd diet I haven't gained any weight. I'm 31 weeks and have been on the diet for 4 weeks. Is this normal?

It's very normal. I have gestational diabetes and I've gained 12 pounds and I'm almost 36 weeks pregnant. If you're following your diet, that's why you're not gaining a ton of weight. Only be concerned if your doctor is.
