If you can't keep your prenatal down then definitely talk to your doctor about getting gummy or chewable prenatals. They can prescribe something or let you know which vitamins will work for you and how much to take.

It's a prenatal vitamin, therefore it's definitely okay to take while pregnant. I wouldn't take the regular One A Day vitamins though. Try prenatals and if you can't get them down you can buy children vitamins (like Flintstones vitamins or gummy vitamins).

I did. My doctor said i can take any vitamins as long as they dont make me sick. I was using them untill 14 weeks, but then all sudden every time i would take them i'll  trow up in few minutes. So i switched to diffrent one. My boyfriend said that they are actually preatty good, cause they have a lot of stuff that prescription onec dont.
